To empower people with the knowledge necessary to deal effectively with their financial problems.
CrediFIX Inc. is bonded and licensed by The Alberta Government as a Debt Repayment Agency to act on behalf of the Debtor, NOT the banks or the credit card companies. This means that our decisions and our actions are focused 100% on the best interests of our clients.
Since the program is not a court ordered option like an Orderly Payment of Debt, Consumer Proposals or Bankruptcy, we are able to offer the largest range of options to our clients.
Options
Everyone is different and we all have our own preferences and dislikes when it comes to how we choose to deal with problems in our lives. Our expert Credit Counselors have the experience necessary to guide you through the process of paying off your creditors and living your life free of debt. We know you are more likely to be successful in eliminating your debt if you are able to choose the options that are the best match for your lifestyle.
The Debtor's Advocate
Typically, when we first talk to our clients, they’re amazed to hear us tell them they have options. It’s a surprise because until now, every official they have dealt with has been working for the other guys - bankruptcy trustees, collection agencies, lawyers - all work for the creditors.
Professional Relationships
Even though we don't work FOR the creditors, we do work WITH them to make sure we can offer our clients the widest range of options to eliminate debt.
We have established agreements with over 300 creditors that allow individuals the opportunity to repay their principal over an extended period of time at a reduced or 0% interest rate. It is an informal arrangement and not part of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
